Jason Lynch reveals personal motivations for building a career as a chef, and his practical approach to home cooking. The recipes are are accessible to anyone – and in my experience have been delicious to eat. There are photographs on just about every recipe page of the book, producing a sort of magazine feature layout for each recipe. Very few plated shots of the final product – the theme of the photography is more about hands on ingredients – and this supports the idea that with basic ingredients you can make better tasting food thats better for you that many pre-made or packaged alternatives.
